Cheese dip is one of my favorite appetizers – it’s super delicious. A melted wedge of cream cheese rolled in nuts and grated onion is a delightful combination. An easy church potluck dip recipe.
How to Make Cheese Dip
This creaminess you get from the creamcheese is so enjoyable when combined with the other ingredients. I made a similar recipe for a family get-together a few years back. There is nothing I like more about this recipe than the added crunch of the nuts. It is very tasty and crunchy.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 c. dried beef, minced
- 1 tbsp. grated onion
- 2 tbsp. horseradish, or to taste
Start by mixing well and forming into a log or ball.
In a second step, roll into grated pecans (or any other nuts) and chopped parsley, if desired.
Lastly, when minced, a 5-ounce jar of dried beef equals 1 1/2 cups.
What to dip in Cheese fondue?
Dippin’ things in my chese dip are one of my favorite things to do. As for me, I enjoy Tostitos chips, soft pretzels, bread, and pretzels.
